Hi there!
I'm Daniela, a color consultant and interior designer based in the Hudson Valley, New York.
Before starting my studio, I spent years in media and creative direction, always sitting at the intersection of creative vision and human translation. Learning to read people, find the through line, and make something real out of what someone feels.
My work spans residential interiors, hospitality spaces, and creative studios across the Northeast and beyond. I've been featured in publications like Domino, Wallpaper*, and Homes & Gardens. I also write about color, interiors, and design culture on my Substack, Statement Wall, which has been consistently recognized on the Rising in Design list.
My Approach
Before we talk about paint colors or furniture, I want to know what makes you light up. What color have you always admired but never had the courage to use? Is there a memory tied to a particular shade? If your room had a playlist, what would it sound like?
Those questions might seem far from interior design, but they're exactly where the real work begins. I like to think about spaces holistically. How they look, yes, but more importantly, how they feel to actually live in. The flow, the function, the way a room needs to work for your real life, not just look good in a photo. Design is sensory and practical at once, and I hold both equally.
